Apparently common specimen of Fluorite and Sphalerite from this prolific american area well-known since the 1960s for its distinctive and amazing Fluorite coloration, which is a range of deep purple, blue, and green caused by impurities of other minerals within such as traces of iron, manganese, cobalt. This piece exhibit Fluorite’s cubes with stepped faces, classic purple color but uncommon and perfect “protruding corners” typical of Elmwood.
