The best Cinnabar quality in the world, without any doubt, speak chinese and the Tongren mine is world famous for having over time produced excellent specimens of Cinnabar associated with dolomite. Chinese Cinnabar is highly sought after by collectors, but today it’s very difficult to get good quality on the market. This small cabinet is an excellent specimen from Tongren, composed by very bright vermilion-red Cinnabar crystals, aesthetically placed on a bed of yellowish-white crystals of dolomite.
